Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms apply to the shipping label service operated by [Company legal name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
We let US sellers buy discounted shipping labels (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon Shipping and others). Labels are purchased through our account with a third-party label provider. We can read your open orders from Veeqo or ShipStation, either through a store connection you add or through stores we manage for you, and we send tracking numbers back to your store, which passes them on to Amazon, Etsy or other marketplaces.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One business per account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the carriers' rules.
- Store credentials you give us are stored encrypted and used only to read orders and send tracking numbers.
3. Wallet and payments
- Labels are paid from your prepaid wallet balance first.
- If your balance does not cover a purchase, the rest is charged automatically to your saved card. Only credit cards are accepted (no debit or prepaid cards).
- A card charge is at least $20.00; any part not used for the purchase stays in your wallet for later labels.
- A card processing fee of 3% of the amount charged to the card is added and shown before you pay. The card fee is not refundable.
- Wallet balances do not earn interest and cannot be transferred. [Decide: refund of unused balance on account closure.]
- All amounts are in US dollars.
4. Prices
The price shown for each label includes our service fee. Prices are checked again right before purchase; if a price went up, nothing is bought and you see the new total.
5. Your shipments
- You are responsible for correct addresses, package weights and dimensions, and for following carrier rules (including prohibited and restricted items).
- Carrier adjustments: if a carrier re-weighs or re-measures a package and charges more, the same amount is deducted from your wallet automatically (at cost). If it is later credited back, it is returned to your wallet. Your balance may become negative; the amount owed is added to your next card charge.
- Delivery, delays, loss and damage are the carrier's responsibility under its own terms. [Decide: claims process.]
6. Cancellations
Unused labels can be submitted for cancellation from the batch page. The label price is returned to your wallet when the carrier confirms the cancellation; some labels cannot be cancelled. See the Refund Policy.
7. Tracking and marketplaces
Tracking numbers reach your store right away. Veeqo/ShipStation update Amazon, Etsy and other marketplaces on their own schedule (Veeqo: within about 60 minutes). We are not responsible for marketplace metrics such as late shipment or valid tracking rates.
8. Data
How we handle your and your buyers' data is described in the Privacy Policy. Buyer personal data is deleted 120 days after an order is finished.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the labels concerned. [Lawyer to complete.]
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. Questions: [support email]. Governing law: [state].
