Refund Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. Refunds go to your wallet
All refunds are credited to your wallet balance, not back to your card, and can be used for later labels.
2. Labels that could not be bought
If a label purchase fails, its price is returned to your wallet immediately.
3. Cancelling unused labels
- Request cancellation on the batch page. Only labels that were never used (not scanned by the carrier) can be cancelled.
- The label price returns to your wallet when the carrier confirms the cancellation. This can take from minutes to several days (USPS can take longer).
- If the carrier rejects the cancellation, the label stays valid and is not refunded.
- Some labels or services cannot be cancelled. [Confirm per carrier with our label provider.]
4. What is not refunded
- The 3% card processing fee.
- Labels that were used or scanned.
- Carrier adjustments that the carrier confirmed (re-weigh / re-measure charges).
5. Carrier adjustments
Adjustment charges are deducted from your wallet at cost. If the carrier later credits an adjustment back, the same amount is returned to your wallet.
6. Unused wallet balance
[Decide: whether and how an unused balance is refunded when an account is closed.]
7. Card disputes
Please contact us first: [support email]. A card dispute for a label that was bought and used may lead to the account being suspended.
